PETITION FOR BAIL

The Address for Service of all notices and process on Petitioner is that of their
Counsels Mr. S. VENKATATHIRI and MR. T. MUTHUKRISHNAN
advocates having office at No.430, New Add. Law Chambers,Madras High Court
Buildings, Chennai – 600 104.

The address for service of all notices and processes to the Petitioner and the
respondent is stated above.
1. The Petitioner further submit that on 11.06.2023 midnight around 1.30 pm,
the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police, alleged under section
8(c), r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 22(C), 29(1), 25 of the NDPS Act in
T-12, Pooamallee Police Station under Crime No.638 of 2023.

2. The Petitioner further submits that, he is innocent and not involved and not
committed any offence in this case. The respondent police have falsely
implicated the petitioner and this case was forged one.

3. The Petitioner further submit that, there was many controversy statement
seemed in the FIR and there was no direct eye witness and direct evidence
mentioned in the above mentioned FIR by the respondent police. In their
FIR, the respondent police mentioned that, ” என்னும் போ விற்பனைக்காக
எடுத்து வந்த நபர்கள் இவர்கள் தான் என்பதை சற்று தொலைவில்
இருந்து அவர்களை சோதனை செய்ய அங்கிருந்த செல்வம், வயது 35 ,
த/பெ . சுந்தரம், வயது 36 , த/பெ. கோவிந்தாராஜ், மற்றும் ஆனந்த், வயது
40, த/பெ. ராஜ் அவர்களை சாட்சிக்கு அழைத்தபோது அவர்கள் தங்களது
பெயர் மற்றும் அப்பா பெயரை சொல்லிவிட்டு, முகவரியை கோர்ட்
சாட்சிக்கு அழைப்பீர்கள் அன்று கூறி தங்களுக்கு அவசர வேலை
இருப்பதாகவும் , இயலாது எனவும் கூறி சென்று விட்டனர். மேலும் அங்கு
இருந்த போது மக்கள் யாரும் முன் வராததால் என்னுடன் அழைத்து வந்த
என்னுடன் அழைத்து வந்த 1 . த.கா . 10450 , திரு. மணிகண்டன், T .12
பூந்தமல்லி, 2 .த.கா . திரு. தாமோதரன், T .12 பூந்தமல்லி காவல் நிலையம்
ஆகியோர்களை சாட்சியாக்கி, சாட்சிகளின் முன்னிலையில்……” . So
it’s clearly indicates there was a suspicious facts seemed in their FIR. The
respondent police had seized the above said tablets from somewhere and
some other case and deliberately falsely implicated the innocent Petitioner.

4. The Petitioner further submits that, he is having a good case to prove his
innocence and guiltiness before the trial court. The Petitioner humbly
submit that he is studying B.B.A 2nd year in M.G.R. University at
Maduravoyal, Chennai. He further states that he is only one son of his
parents and his future will spoilt due to this illegal arrest and detention of the
Petitioner.

5. The Petitioner is a law abiding citizen, so he undertakes that he will give

full co-operation with respondent’s for further investigation and he will not
tamper any witness and he further undertakes that he will not escape from
his jurisdiction. He further undertakes to abide and any conditions may be
imposed by this Hon’ble Court.
 Therefore the Petitioner prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to
enlarge the Petitioner / accused on bail in the interest of justice.
