Digitalization of reporting protocols should be followed to

improve the ESHS Score of the project –
 Set target of each Employee to report 2 observations in a
day in RAKSHA APP
01  TVS must be reported once in a week All Employees W.I.E
 HSV must be done and reported 1 for the month.
All observations raised must be given priority to comply and
close accordingly in RAKSHA APP
This will be tracked and reviewed in the next meeting.
Housekeeping issues to be taken care by every individual
voluntarily in their respective sections and compliance shall be
