Warm Greetings!

I, Mrs. MARIA ESTELA D. DE CASTRO, am writing to formally authorize Mr. RYAN MAR S.
DE LOS REYES to claim my Driver’s License ID card on my behalf from the LTO Balayan
District Office.

I am unable to personally claim my Driver's License because I have already migrated abroad
with my family. Presently, I am residing in New Zealand. The immediate release or issuance of
my Driver's License ID card is essential as it is a crucial requirement for me to apply for a new
driver's license here in New Zealand. I kindly request the LTO Officer to facilitate this process
urgently.

Attached to this letter are copies of my valid identification documents. Mr. Ryan Mar S. De los
Reyes will present his identification documents as well for verification purposes. For further
