Guidelines in Attending Online Recollection
1. Inform your parents and those at your home about your spiritual recollection. 2. If you can, set up or dedicate a personal space in your home. Set up your computer, laptop, iPad or other device in a place where you can sit comfortably and be free from distractions, including interactions with other household members 3. Close other programs/applications in your computer/laptop before and during the recollection. 4. Please maintain noble silence as much as possible for the duration of the recollection; limit conversations with others at home as much as you can. 5. Turn off your phone or put it away for the entire time scheduled of the recollection. Avoid checking your phone during breaks. 6. Don’t multitask. 7. It is required to keep your videos on during the recollection. Avoid moving away from your computer/laptop. 8. Listen attentively and focus on the recollection being given. 9. Participants are expected to observe and obey the following on-line recollection etiquettes: a. Wearing of caps, hoodies, or beanies is NOT allowed as these will cover their faces. b. Raise a hand for any reaction, comments, or concerns during the talk proper. The facilitator then unmutes them as necessary. c. After the discussion, participants may raise a question, make clarification, or write question on the chat box in which then the facilitator reads and address for an immediate feedback. d. Eating is NOT allowed as this is an exclusive spiritual recollection time. e. Respect others; be polite and manifest good manners. f. Use the bathroom before the on-line session or near the end of the recollection. g. No any video game devices are to be used. 10. Any form of cyber bullying shall be dealt with accordingly, and the privacy of each learner shall always be observed. Thus, learners are not allowed to capture or post pictures or discussions in their FB accounts without formal consent from others. 11. Any participant who will not be able to attend his/her scheduled class recollection must inform his/her adviser with a corresponding formal letter signed by the parent/guardian. Then, he/she will be asked to join the recollection schedule of the succeeding section.
