Please ensure to bring the following mandatory documents:

-A printed copy of your appointment letter.

-A printed copy of your Biometric Instruction Letter.

-Original and valid passport.

-You may access our centre NOT MORE THAN 15 MINUTES BEFORE the appointed time.

-You must come unaccompanied unless strictly necessary; If required, only ONE companion per applicant will be
accepted.
NOTE: Any additional companions will be asked to kindly wait outside the building premises.

-Facemasks MUST be worn at all times once entering the building and VAC premises.
