LEGAL NOTICE

I am concerned for my client Manjit Kaur Awal, presently residing at: Flat No.005,
Swastik CHS Ltd., RNP Park, Bhayander(East), Dist:Thane – 401 105 , on whose
instructions and behalf, I have to state, address, inform and serve upon you this Legal
Notice as under:-

1. My Client states that she is the shareholder in the Shripat Financial Services
Pvt. Ltd. holding 824 No. of shares, and a coparcener in the HUF of her late
father, who in his lifetime had 11242 No. of shares and holding 1/5 th shares in
all the movable and immoveable properties of my father late Shri.
Amarjeetsingh Juneja.

2. My Client further states that her father died intestate in the year 2015 and after
his death she discovered the fact of he being shareholder in the company of
which you no. 1 to 4 had taken advantage and started to transfer the company’s
share and properties in your name without my client’s consent and without
informing her.

3. That, it now came to my client’s observation that the shareholding pattern of

the company as filed with the Registrar of Companies did not show her as a
shareholder in the year 2018 but was later modified which shows your intention
of depriving my client from her legal right by performing such act prohibited in
 the Companies Act and the I.P.C, 1860. Moreover, the illegal transfer of shares
without my client’s knowledge and consent in the HUF again is a violation of
my client’s right being a coparcener in her late father’s HUF.

4. My client further states that she recently discovered you No. 3 of the above
was appointed as the director of the company in 2016 and the same was not
informed to my client nor did she consent to any such appointments and
hereby request you to please provide details that led to such an appointment.

5. My client states that she is a legal shareholder of the said Company and a
coparcener in her late father’s HUF hence you are immediately directed to
rectify the shareholding pattern of the company and transfer the shares that
belong to my client as per the Hindu Succession Act.

Through this notice, I call upon you, to provide my client with the information as
laid down within 15 days from the date of receipt of this Legal Notice.
 A detailed account of all the share transfers that have taken place since my
client’s father's demise, including the names of the transferees, dates of
transfer, and number of shares transferred.
 A copy of the updated shareholding pattern of the company as filed with the
Registrar of Companies.
 Any other relevant documents or information related to the transfer of shares.
 Copies of resolution passed or any supporting documents related to
appointment of you No. 3 as director of the company and his participation in
the company undertakings since his appointments, else my client will be
compelled to initiate Criminal Proceedings under Sections 405, 415, 420 and
34 of The Indian Penal Code, 1860 and also to bear the expenses for legal
proceedings which my client may initiate against you. Please also note that
this notice is being sent at the cost of Rs. 5,000/- towards this legal notice.
