Week No: 2 Dates From:13th May To: 19th May


Day 1 of the Week - Activities Performed in the Organization:

 Today, I calculated and submitted report on the financial


dependencies of deceased employees, detailing the company's
obligations and the financial assistance required for their
dependents.
 I also reviewed and analyzed the Cost to Company (CTC) details for
several employees, gaining insights into their compensation
packages.
Day 2 of the Week - Activities Performed in the Organization:

 I got to Understand the NPS scheme mandatorily implemented in


the company from 10.08.23 for all employees.
 Working on Financial assistance for dependents of deceased
employee scheme.

Day 3 of the Week - Activities Performed in the Organization:

 Learning/working on excel to fill in employee details for their LIC


scheme claims.
 Analyzing and processing pension, annuity, and gratuity planning.
Day 4 of the Week - Activities Performed in the Organization:

 In today's report, I focused on familiarizing myself with THDC India


Limited's leave policy. I reviewed the provided PDF document in
detail to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's
policies regarding employee leave entitlements, procedures for
applying for leave, and any relevant guidelines. This knowledge
acquisition process aligns with my ongoing efforts to deepen my
understanding of HR policies and procedures within the
organization.
 I was assigned the work of data Bifurcation of retired employees on
excel by my guide which was a part of the process to further carry
on the needful paper works by the company.
Day 5 of the Week - Activities Performed in the Organization:

 Drafting an email to send to SBI for the NPS scheme enrollment.


 Prepared official updates on EPF joint option deadline extension and
processing challenges, ensuring legal compliance and administrative
efficiency.
Day 6 of the Week - Activities Performed in the Organization:

 Off (Saturday)
Learnings from the Week
This week was filled with knowledge and I got to learn and work on the
scheme of financial dependencies of the deceased employees. Besides this
I was also shared knowledge on the NPS scheme and CTC of employees
associated to the company. I had worked on excel at various tasks allotted
during the week. I was also shared insightful information about the
various kind of leave structure of the company by Mr. Anil sir.
