Semester Final Examination

Assalamu Alaikum Respected Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. With due respect and humble submission, I would like to state
that I am Barru Islam Maliha, a student of the Department of International Relations, Batch 10.
My roll number is 24419210071. Regrettably, I have been unable to attend approximately nine
classes of my Presentation and Skill Development course, which has resulted in my
dis-collegiate status. I missed these classes for multiple reasons throughout the semester.
Initially, I was unable to attend classes from 10th March to 11th March due to physical illness, as
confirmed by the attached medical certificate. Additionally, I was unable to attend classes due to
admission test preparations for Rajshahi University and Chittagong University from 25th March
and 1st April to 2nd April. Furthermore, I missed classes from 27th May to 2nd June due to
illness, as indicated in the attached medical report. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience
my absence may have caused.

May I therefore humbly request that you kindly consider my circumstances and grant me
permission to sit for the examination. Your understanding and consideration in this matter would
be greatly appreciated.
