RAJASTHAN TOUR SCHEDULE 2024 – 25

The following is the tentative schedule of the Dasara Tour from 29th Sept. to 6th Oct. Please continue
reading the circular if you can send your child to tour WITHOUT any electronic gadget like a mobile
phone, tab, smartwatch, etc. Even a normal mobile phone will not be permitted.

• Day 1 (29-09-2024): Departure from HYDERABAD by Flight to JODHPUR. Immediately start to

Jaisalmer by road from Jodhpur. Dinner and overnight stay at Jaisalmer (Hotel Golden Haveli).

• Day 2 (30-09-2024): Local sightseeing at Jaisalmer. Desert camp stay, with music. Dinner and
overnight stay at Jaisalmer (Hotel Golden Haveli).

• Day 3 (01-10-2024): After breakfast, start to Jodhpur. After lunch, local sightseeing at Jodhpur.
Dinner and overnight stay at Jodhpur (Hotel Chandra Imperial).

• Day 4 (02-10-2024): After breakfast, start to Ajmer. After lunch, local sightseeing at Ajmer. Dinner
and overnight stay at Ajmer (Hotel Mansing Palace).

• Day 5 (03-10-2024): After breakfast, start to Jaipur. After lunch, local sightseeing at Jaipur. Dinner
and overnight stay at Jaipur (Hotel Regenta Central).

• Day 6 (04-10-2024): Local sightseeing of Jaipur. Dinner and overnight stay at Jaipur (Hotel Regenta
Central).

• Day 7 (05-10-2024): After breakfast, start to Agra. Visit Stepwell on the way to Agra. Dinner and
overnight stay at Agra (Hotel Avalon Palms).

• Day 8 (06-10-2024): Visit to Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. After lunch, check out the hotel and start to
Hyderabad by train.

FLIGHT BOOKING OPTIONS - Please note that parents have to book onward journey flight from the given
below options and share flight booking details before making payment for the tour. We cannot allow
children to travel by other flights as the tour schedule gets disturbed. For flight booking assistance only if

Please note the following points:

➢ Return journey planned by train (3 AC) from Agra to Hyderabad. There are two trains from Agra
to Hyd i.e. Rajdhani Express (Ticket Cost – 2675/-) and Dakshin Express from Mathura (1735/-). The
train will be booked based on first come, first serve basis.
Rajdhani Express – Starts at 9:47 pm from Agra and reaches Hyd @ 5:10 pm on 7th Oct.
Dakshin Express – Starts at 12.35 midnight from Madhura Jn and reaches Hyd @ 3.50 am on 8th Oct.
➢ The cost per person for the tour is 34,500/- (If Return journey by Rajdhani Express) (OR)
The cost per person for the tour is 33,600 (If Return journey by Dakshin express).
This cost is including all meals, local sightseeing, travel by AC coach Bus, and 3 or 4-star
accommodation on a sharing basis, one way Train fare, EXCLUDING FLIGHT CHARGES.

➢ PLEASE NOTE THE TOUR PRICE DOESN’T INCLUDE THE FLIGHT TICKET PRICE. The flight price
for Hyd to Jodhpur journey is approximately as shown in the above table. You are requested to book
the flight and share the details before paying the tour amount. Please note that flight charges will
change day by day based on increase in bookings.

➢ The earlier you book the better price you will be getting. For any assistance in flight booking

➢ To reserve the booking, an Amount of Rs. 23,000 should be paid by 6th July 2024 (along with
flight booking details) and the remaining balance by 15th July 2024.

➢ This is a tentative schedule and might change in case of a need.

➢ All the Hotels are premier 3-4 star. The journey in local places will be by AC Coach push-back
buses.

➢ The tour package is designed by Mr. Sreekumar of Kerala honeymoon packages.

➢ The package is subject to a minimum of 88 students booking, seats will be reserved on a first
come first serve basis from all wings of Slate – The School. Children have to be dropped @
HYDERABAD AIRPORT and Pick up from railway station.

➢ The tour costing is calculated using the advance purchase rates of hotels and other services which
are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As this is a group booking subject to a minimum of 88 students and from our past experience, we
understand parents request for cancellation on genuine reasons but as per the terms and
conditions of tour operating company

This tour package is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled AFTER 9th JULY 2024.
