Boarders, who are interested to continue in HoR accommodation, have to apply in thê
prescribed format and also have to deposit the same along with the following documents at
Office of The DSW, failing which no (NO) seat will be allotted in the HoR :
Copy of Aadhar Card (self).
b) Copy of Aadhaar Card of parents.
C) Copyof Bank Pass Book (1 page).
d) Latest declared Grade Sheet.
e) Fee Receipt of Rs 13,360/- as Hostel Fee for the academic session 2024-25.
Fee Receipt of Mess Bill amount upto the month of May 2024.
One latest passport size photograph.
h) Anti-Ragging Certificate.
) Copy of Clearance certificate from previous Hostel (For SMIT Boarders only).

Office will remain open from 10.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M. during Summer vacation aa
usual. HoR room preference will be given to those, who deposit the mess bill and hostel fees
completely. The readmission process for HoR accommodation will start from reopening of
the college. There is a provision of change of room-mate (one time only) by giving
application jointly.
