Rules of Operation Dual Shaker Job

 Always LIFT the Shaker with dedicated & certified lifting points

 Always ensure the Shaker Skid is equal from ground level to be checked using spirit /
bubble level

 Always Try to Hook up Shaker and Augers to Rig power supply to avoid any issues from
our side

 Clean screens periodically while receiving flow to minimize blinding and solids buildup &
Maintain basket angles close to 0 degrees or minimum to reduce damage to our screen

 Ensure the screens are cleaned & stored properly

 Choose Right Screens on our shaker to have more fluid recovery

 Never use screens with near particle size of materials used in mud which will blind our
screens and increase consumption

 Any water usage for cleaning shaker / screens / to push cuttings should be authorized by
Rig Foreman & Tool pusher

 Inform the Foreman in case of no Augers installed and if the cuttings are not conveying
from Rig Chute to our Shakers, never do anything on your own.

 Use the Mud in our Recovery Tank to Flush the cuttings specially in cases where there is
no Auger Installed from Rig Shakers to MI Shakers

 Grease the Lifting Jack on Regular Basis

 The 3 SIDE TANK backfilling should be flushed to ground

 No one should climb to grease the bearing; we have zero tolerance towards HSE non
compliance

 Request the screens ahead and ensure you have proper inventory

 Grease the Shaker Motor Bearings & Auger Bearings as per schedule on regular basis-
Follow up with JDL / Coach

 Never dispose the used screens without Foreman’s permission

 Whenever we have Fluid recovery it’s mandatory to have retort data on Daily Reports

 Ensure all Augers at height should have extension grease Hose from bearings
