As discussed and agreed between us, you will be receiving remuneration of INR 207684/- per annum (INR - Two Lakhs
Seven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Four Only) from the date of your joining the Company. Your compensation
package is strictly confidential. You will be governed at all times by the policies, procedures and rules of the Company
related to the salary, allowance, benefits and pre-requisites which are specified in the offer letter.
The details of remuneration are as per the Annexure 1.
Terms and Conditions of your employment upon joining the Organization are detailed in Annexure 2*.

The above-mentioned offer is valid only if you join the organization on or before 04-Jul-2024. subject to satisfactory
back-ground verification.

You will be posted at Kolkata location and your coordinating office will be at Mumbai.
