To Hide or Display a Tool Bar click on the name in the drop down list

which using the toolbar shortcut menu a tick indicates a selected

toolbar

CURSOR MOVEMENT KEYS

(i) RETURN OR ENTER KEY : It is used to move the cursor to the

nest line after typing the current line

(ii) THE FOUR ARROW KEYS :They are used to move the cursor to

any direction specified as shown on the key (left ,right , up and

down)
(iii) THE MOUSE :It is used to move the cursor , placing the mouse

pointer at the position you want it to be and click

EDITING KEYS

(i) deleting keys (del): It is used to erase the character forward

(ii) backspace: It is used to delete a character backward

(iii) control (CTRL) Z: It is used to restore delete test

To move into and out of overtype mode , double click the letter

OVR in the status bar.

Wrapping : this is the process by which test move to nest

line .automatically

Press Enter key to force a new line

Press Enter twice to leave to a blank line e.g. between two

paragraphs
