1. During the treatment outside food is not allowed in the Cottage.
2. You have to strictly follow the diet given by the doctors.
3. In the mode of cancellation/reschedule booking date you have to inform us 7 days before.
4. Smoking/ Drinking is strictly prohibited in the cottage. If found your booking will be
cancelled.
5. Visitors are not allowed during the treatment.
6. You have to submit your attender/helper’s id proof.
7. You have to keep campus clean it is your moral responsibility.
8. Junk fast food and non-veg food is prohibited in the campus.
9. Trust will not give any kind of compensation if any dispute.
10. Do not pay any kind of amount to doctor/nurse/ground staff/attendant.
11. Trust have right to cancel your booking at any time.
12. If any kind of dispute generate will be solved in Haridwar Jurisdiction only.

proof of relation with GST holder.
