Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I am writing to recommend Lovelyn M. Herbilla as a candidate for the position of an Assistant

Language Teacher ( ALT ) under the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program ( JET ). As a
former principal of Moloy Elementary School, I have had pleasure of working with Lovelyn for
three years. I observed that she is willing to take new challenges to impart instructions and
create an excellent classroom environment. Her instructional methods are quite modern.

Lovelyn has always been driven to develop her skills as a teacher. I have been knowing her for 4
years. She is also a reading coordinator of our school which monitors the level of reading
readiness of pupils and gives further techniques and remediation to teachers who has pupils who
are non-readers.

In her capacity as a teacher, Ms. Lovelyn offers a variety of unique abilities. She has made
substantial contributions to the school that will enhance instruction and learning. Parents,
teachers, and students all adore and value her. She sets an example for lifelong learning,
actively pursues opportunities for professional growth, and is open to experimenting with novel
approaches and techniques. In the areas where she is knowledgeable, she has consistently
offered to mentor and advise colleagues.

I can truly attest to her good moral character and her dedication to teach. She has interpersonal
skills like friendliness and respect for all she works both children and adults. I truly admire her
passion and commitment to exert her best efforts in all of her task. I consider her as a great asset
