A: Good morning. VAECO Vietnam. Melanie speaking. How can I help?
B: Hi. I’m having problems with my last order.
A: I’m sorry to hear that. Can I have the order reference number from the top of the invoice we emailed you and
we can sort it out.
B: Ok. It’s T6758.
A: Thanks. I’m just calling the order up on my screen now. Sorry to keep you waiting. It looks like the system’s a
little slow today. Um … ah, here it is. So you’re Mr. Joan Tran of Vietnam Airlines?
B: That’s right.
A: And what seems to be the problems?
B: Firstly, I ordered …(số lượng) gas turbine lades (thông tin này sẽ thay đổi tùy thuộc thông tin trong card) but I only received …(số
lượng) of them. ……. gas turbine lades appear to be missing.
A: Well, there can sometimes be an issue with the shipment department. We’ll check again and send you extra gas turbine lades as soon
as possible. Is there anything else, Mr. Joan Tran ?
B: It looks as if you shipped many vanes. I ordered 50 vanes but I got 55 ones.
A: Thank you for your information. We have recently moved to a new building and it seems to have caused some disruption to production. We’ll
send someone to collect the extra ones as soon as possible.
B: That’s great. Thank you!
A: You’re welcome. And if you need any further assistance, just call us again.

Now I’d like to refer to the line graph which represents the information about the ownership of three selected home
appliances including refrigerator, air conditioner and electric heater in Vietnam from 2006 to 2014.
Overall, we can see that there was a rise in the number of people having refrigerator and air conditioner while
there was a fall in the number of those who own electric heater.
As can be seen from the graph, the figure of refrigerator at first remained stable at about 80% from 2006 to 2010,
then it increased slightly to about 90% in 2014. Meanwhile, from 2006 to 2010, the number of people who own
air conditioner rose slowly from about 15% to 25%, then it went up significantly to about 60% in 2014.
You’ll notice that there was a gradual decrease in the number of households that own electric heater, from about
70% at the beginning to 50% at the end of the period.
