Detailed Itinerary

DAY 01 : Haridwar - Barkot (200 Km/ 07- 08 Hrs )

Morning upon arrival at Haridwar/ Dehradun Airport/ Railway Station. Meet with Our Executive and and
drive to Barkot/Syanachatti.Later proceed to Barkot and transfer to your Hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 02 : Barkot- Yamunotri - Barkot (Treak For 07 Km)
Drive to Jankichatti and then trek for 07 km to reach Yamunotri. Visit the temple of Goddess Yamuna which is
situated on the banks of the river. There is a hot water spring adjacent to this temple. The pilgrims take a
holy dip in this spring before darshan of the temple. You can also cook rice in these hot waters. After darshan
return back to Jankichatti. Stay overnight at the hotel.

DAY 03 : Barkot - Uttarkashi (115 Km/ 05 - 06 Hrs)

After breakfast drive to Uttarkashi. You can visit the famous Vishwanath Temple. Stay overnight at the hotel

DAY 04 : Uttarkashi - Gangotri Uttarkashi (100 Km/ 03 - 04 Hrs)

After breakfast, we proceed to Harsil. This is one of the most beautiful valleys in Uttarakhand. On the way we
can halt at Gangnani which again has hot water springs. You can take a dip here. Then drive to Gangotri (22
kms/1 hr). Over here devotees take a holy dip in the most Holy River of Hindus- The Ganges. It is also called
Bhagirathi from where it originates. You can then perform pooja and enjoy in the picturesque surroundings.
In the afternoon return back to Uttarkashi. Stay overnight at the hotel.

DAY 05 : Uttarkashi - Guptkashi - Sitapur (210 Km/08 - 09 Hrs)

After early Morning breakfast Check Out hotel and we will proceed to Guptakashi. Reach
Guptkashi / Sitapur Check in hotel have dinner and overnight Stay at the hotel.
DAY 06 : Sitapur- Gaurikund - Bhimbali - Lencholi - Kedarnath (10
Km By Road ,18-20 Km By Trek One way )
After breakfast, we proceed to Sonprayag. After the medical checkup, we proceed to Gaurikund. Then we
begin our trek to Kedarnath. Arrive at Kedarnath ji and transfer to hotel. There are 8-10 small private hotels
available and they have neat and clean rooms with attached toilet and bath. They also serve hot water
buckets. After freshen up proceed for the darshan at Kedarnath ji. After darshan at Kedarnath overnight stay
at Kedarnath.

(You can go to Kedarnath ji by Helicopter and stay overnight and return on the next day)

DAY 07 : Kedarnath - Sitapur

Trace your steps back and return to Sonprayag. Drive back to Sitapur/Guptkashi. Take Dinner and overnight
in the hotel.

DAY 08 : Sitpur - Badrinath (220 Km / 07-08 Hrs)

After an early breakfast, Check out Hotel and we proceed to Badrinath. We halt for some time en route
at Chopta. Chopta is popularly called as the " Switzerland Of India". You can enjoy a splendid view of the
snow-capped Himalayan peaks from here. Enjoy the beautiful drive through medicinal forests. When you
arrive at Badrinath check into your hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 09 : Badrinath - Joshimath / Pipalkoti ( 55/80 Km/,02-04 Hrs)

Get up early in the morning and see the beauty of the majestic Neel Khant peak. There is a hot water spring
here called as Tapt Kund. The devotees take a holy dip here before taking Darshan of the Badrinath Temple.
Have your breakfast and then drive to Mana Village. This is the last village on the Indo-China border. Then
return to Joshimath in the evening. Dinner & stay overnight at the hotel

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 The infrastructure of these areas is not very well developed now and you should
not expect or compare it with the other developed destinations there is always
shortage of water and power in this region and so you would come across
situation like water supplied on time basis – morning to evening.
 In this region all the hotels don't have any Generator facility. If the power failure
hotel will provide candle light.
 Driving is not allowed after 07 P.M. in Char Dham Sector.
 All travellers' Registration is Mandatory for Yatra.
 Accommodation in Char Dham Sector is basic but Meat & Clean.

CANCELLATION POLICY: -

 20% Charge of the total Package booking on amendment/Plan Change.

 30% cancellation Charge of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel
voucher.
 Cancellations made 45 days before departure Chargeable 30% of the Package

 Cancellations made 35 to 44 days before departure 40% Chargeable of the
Package Cost
 Cancellations made 22 to 34 days before departure 50% Chargeable of the

 Any train and flight tickets cancellation will be applicable as per Indian railway /
airline rules and refund/adjustment can be given only after receiving the refund
from train or airline company.
  No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or
landslide and natural digester, or terrorism and which is beyond the control of
the age. we will heartly help you in that situation which is possible from our side
.

 Any amendment in the original booking u have to update in written by mail.

 The Refund after cancellation of the booking will be take 14 working days from
the cancellation date. if you cancelling any Railway/Airline/Volvo ticket's all
refund will be procced after receiving by the respective Airline/service provider

29-20 Days Before Date of Departure 50% of Total Cost

19-16 Days Before Date of Departure 100% of Total Cost

 No refund will not be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals,
transportation sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill
health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Any Natural calamities
Charming Yatra will not be liable for the same.

destinations wise. If the given hotels are not suitable then please ask for the

 If during your travel you will face any kind of problem regarding your Hotels &
transport, you all are highly requested to contact to your tour executive same
time so that he/she can resolve the problem. After
 reaching your home if you will complaint for anything we won't be unable to
solve the issue No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or
reimbursed or compensated.

unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. No discount will be
