1. How will the different water activities help your physical health especially when done regularly?

- This kind of aerobic physical activity especially swimming can lead to improved health for
people who have illness. By regular swimming exercise it can benefit to the people who
suffers Arthritis, asthma, heart disease, and diabetes. Swimming keeps joints and ligaments
free and supple while also increasing lung capacity, strengthening the heart, and calorie
burning. Also, it improves mental health because diving in the water helps to feel-good away
from stress for you can explore underwater. Furthermore, Swimming may allow the body
relax, which can help with anxiety and depression reduction.

2. How do we stay safe while doing Mountaineering activities?

- Hiking activities are one of the most fun, enjoyable, and satisfying when you reach the top of
the mountain, it such a feeling of you are facing the reality of life. However, before you can
enjoy it, you must first ensure that you are well prepared. Though hiking isn't an intense
activity, don't dismiss it; there are a number of safety precautions you should take before and
throughout your hike to ensure a pleasant experience. By proper preparation for essential
needs and for safety and wear appropriate clothes to wear and any additional equipment you
should carry.

2. The abundance of shrimp, crabs, nudibranchs, tiny squid, and cuttlefish rivals that of any other
diving site. Frogfish, pipefish, and seahorses are also pretty frequent, and Rhinopias and Hairy
Frogfish have been spotted. There are also wonderpus, mimic, and blue-ringed octopus can be seen.

- If given a chance, I would like to go to Dauin, Dumaguete because the municipality's
coastline in Negros Oriental is extremely spectacular for diving. And they said that the
beautiful shallow reefs are an excellent place for beginners to learn the basics of diving
and it is only in Dauin, Dumaguete. Also, there are a number of man-made dive sites.
These man-made reefs provide the ideal atmosphere for viewing rare marine life,
making them an ideal location for underwater photographers.
