CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Car Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of , by and
between ("Owner") and ("Renter").

2. Rental Term The term of this rental shall commence on DATE OF POSSESSION and end on
RETURN DATE, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Rental Rate The Renter agrees to pay the Owner a rental fee of $ per Day, payable in
advance, any unpaid balance will charge at the highest allowable rate in the State of Florida.

4. Security Deposit The Renter shall pay a security deposit of $ before taking possession
of the vehicle. The security deposit will be refunded to the Renter upon return of the vehicle in the
same condition as received, less any applicable charges for damages, refueling, or excess mileage.

5. Mileage Allowance and Additional Mileage The rental includes miles per Day.
Additional miles will be charged at a rate of $ per mile.

6. Insurance The Renter shall provide proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the vehicle.
The insurance must cover liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage.

7. Maintenance and Repairs The Renter shall maintain the vehicle in good condition and return
it in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear excepted. The Renter is responsible
for any repairs or maintenance required during the rental term.

8. Use of Vehicle The Renter agrees to use the vehicle safely and lawfully. The Renter shall not:

• Use the vehicle for any illegal purpose.

• This is a NON-SMOKING vehicle.
• Operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Allow any other person to operate the vehicle without the Owner's consent.
• Use the vehicle to transport hazardous materials.
9. Return of Vehicle The Renter shall return the vehicle to the Owner at by
the end of the day on at 5:00 PM. If the vehicle is not returned on time,
additional rental fees may apply, including an additional per diem of the daily rental rate
plus a 10% late fee.

10. Indemnity The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any and all
claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the Renter's use of the
vehicle.

11. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of .

12. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject
matter hereof.
