Name of the Work: “Snow Clearance from km 143.000 to Km 235.000 on Batote-

Kishtwar-Chatroo-Sinthanpass-Khanabal road of NH-244, to make road stretch traffic
worthy during winter season, in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir for a period of 05 years”
IPC-11- reg.

Certified that I have physically inspected and verified the quality & quantity
for the work in the project “Snow Clearance from km 143.000 to Km 235.000 on
Batote-Kishtwar-Chatroo-Sinthanpass-Khanabal road of NH-244, to make road
stretch traffic worthy during winter season, in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir for a
period of 05 years” for the period from 28-03-2024 to 07-05-2024. During the
inspection dated 18 May 2024 & 13 Jun 2024 it’s found that the Manpower &
Machineries as specified in the contract agreement were deployed by the contractor
on site corresponding to the quantum for which the bill has been recommended for
payment to the contractor.
