Dong Mai Lam is Cluster President for Schneider Electric Vietnam and Cambodia.

Mai Lam got a Bachelor in International Business - Foreign Trade University Vietnam. Mai Lam also earned a Master of Art in Macquarie
University and Degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies in TAFE in Australia.

He joined Schneider Electric in 2002 and has developed his career through various successful management assignments in various countries
such as Australia, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar in the following years.

Mai Lam was nominated Cluster President for Schneider Electric Vietnam and Cambodia in January 2021 after a year leading business
development, Channel and Operational Marketing for Medium Voltage Business of Schneider Australia & New Zealand. He is the first
Vietnamese to be Cluster President of Schneider Electric.

His mission is to drive Schneider Electric Vietnam and Cambodia towards further development and growth, while bringing breakthrough solutions
to the local markets and customers as the leader of the Digital Transformation in Energy Management and Industrial Automation.

Having been with Schneider Electric since 2002, Mai Lam's success story goes along with the development of the company.

Having academic background in Economics, Mai Lam started his career in a an airlines company in Singapore. Much prestigious as his first job was, he realized his genuine interest in
technology and engineering and then, he took risk quitting his job and joined Schneider Electric, worked for Logistics Department.

In that position, He managed to set up the first Customer Care and Logistics function for Schneider Electric Vietnam, deployed the first bonded warehouse model to support business
growth.

From supporting function, Mai Lam challenged himself by switching to sales department, which was a bold decision in his career path. He started learning about sales skills, technical
knowledge from others team members and through hands-on experiences. His passion with technical products & solutions was so strong that led him to earn a Master of Art in Macquarie
University and Degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies in TAFE in Australia.

His efforts and talent were proven by the team member's scale-up and record sales performance under his leadership.

In 2021, after rotating many positions in different markets, when he was in Schneider Electric Australia, Mai Lam marked another milestone in his career by coming back to Vietnam to take
the role of Cluster President for Vietnam & Cambodia. This was a very difficult time for the company since the business landscape is in its down-trend, business activities was disrupted
severely by Covid-19 pandemic; but once again, his talents and leadership helped the business regain the momentum for growth and keep expanding as today.

Since joining Schneider Electric in 2002, Mai Lam set up the first Customer Care and Logistics

Industries - a subsidiary of Schneider Electric Australia.
From 2008 – 2014, Mai Lam led Schneider Electric businesses of Infrastructure, Commercial

before holding the Country President positions in emerging markets including Laos and
Myanmar.
Under Mai Lam's leadership, Schneider Electric Vietnam & Cambodia had many achievements:
1. The company gain robust revenue growth in many years, achieve 112,157,695 (USD)
turnover in 2021 and 234 employees with 3 headquarters in Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Da Nang.
2. Schneider Electric Vietnam proudly received many prestigious awards about business
