Decision:
To keep the company’s reputation and also for the safety of the employees, the top management
should come forward and need to take a stand against Jian Ghomeshi. The Environment of the
company is getting toxic and the employees are leaving the organization because they are not feeling
safe while working. Hence the top management should take the decision to remove Jian Ghomeshi
from CBC.
