In connection with the Department of Education Immersion Program for Senior High School
Grade 12 students. The undersigned SHS Immersion Coordinator is appealing from your office to be our
partner in the said academic activity this coming February 20 – March 3, 2023. Therewith, it is the prayer
of our school that you will help us mold our students in terms of actual performance of duties as
employees.

The Memorandum of Agreement between our school Buenavista National High School and your
agency as our partner in providing us venue for the Immersion Program will be readily available upon
approval of this request.
