INTERVIEW QUERY

1. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

 Thank you for asking. I would say my greatest strength is being a hard working
person. When I was still in school. I always made sure that all deadlines for
requirement and tasks were accomplished. In addition, I have a high level of
curiosity, I get curious about learning new things and I learn very fast.
 For my weakness, I’ll admit that I still have a lot to learn because I’ve never had
any work experience yet. I think my biggest weakness is my shyness and I need
to improve my communication skills. However now I have started to work upon
it by interacting and communicating with people and coming out to improve
myself to be a better person. And I’m really eager to learn and highly trainable.

2. What can you offer us that someone else cannot?

 I can’t tell because I don’t know what the other candidates can do, but I’ll do my
best to meet your expectations.

3. Why should we hire you?

 I applied for the position because I am confident that I meet your requirements.
The company is also looking for a good employee that will support the
company’s growth and goals. I learn things quickly and with great passion. If I
will be given the chance to get this job, I will work hard to prove my worth. The
most important thing is that I really need need a job to support myself and start
supporting my family.

4. Why do you think you’re good for the position?

 I’m good fit for this position for a few reasons but foremost is my willingness to
go above and beyond to achieve the company’s goals. I’ve been informed that
I’m reliable, self-driven, and fast learner. I’m confident that I will bring value to
your company/team and do a great job in this position.

5. Tell me about yourself .

 I consider myself a hardworking person. I’m also punctual, dependable, and can
be counted upon to finish what I start.

6. Tell me about a difficult situation you have faced?

 I have faced a number of difficult situations, but the one that comes to mind now
is when I graduated, I was under pressure to find a job.

7. Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years from now?

 In five years I see myself as a valued employee of a company.

8. What are your career goals?

 My short term goal is to get a job in required company where I can utilize my
skills and improve my career path.
 My long term goal is to be in respectable position in that organization.

 I would be proud to work for a company with such a long history of leadership in
the industry. When I read about your company I found that my skills are
 matching with your requirements where I can showcase my technical skills to
contribute to the company growth.

10. What are your salary expectation/requirement?

 I've done some research, I found that the market salary for this position is
between $50,000 and $75,000 annually.

 My passion to work and dedication to accomplish the given tasks to me.

12. What’s your definition of success?

 In my opinion, success involves not only individual accomplishment but also
creating and managing successful teams. Success involves inspiring and helping
others to realize their goals. While also contributing to the overall success of the
organizations.
