• Original Passport (Validity more than 6 months with minimum 3 blank pages)

• A Minor accompanied by one of the parents shall provide a Original Notarized NOC by the

• A Minor travelling alone shall provide a Original Notarized NOC by Both Parents/Legal
Guardians Plus Copies of Parents Passports or ID.
• Marriage certificate: if applicant is married and cannot provide evidence of marital status in
the passport Copy of Marriage certificate if applicable Certificate proving the existence of
family relationship if application is visiting relatives.
• Applicant mobile number should be mentioned in visa form as Embassy / Consulate can
contact the applicant at any point of time during visa processing.
• Kindly Note: Visa grant or denial is at the sole discretion of the consulate/embassy of the
country for which the Visa is applied for.
• Passengers has to go personally for Visa submission & fingerprints.

dozes. The vaccine should be recognized by CHE, EU and WHO (Require both vaccination
