TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern the return of any modem, device or accessory (Device) by you to TPG Internet Pty Ltd, iiNet Limited, Westnet Pty Ltd and / or Internode Pty Ltd (as applicable)
(each an Entity and collectively We, Us and Our). These terms do not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

1. (Personal Information) It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal information is deleted from your Device and any data stored on your Device has been appropriately
backed up before returning it to Us. Any data stored on your Device will be deleted once returned to Us. We accept no responsibility for any loss of data on your Device.
2. (Modem Condition) We will process your returned Device in accordance with the returns policy of the relevant Entity. This requires you to return your Device to Us in an acceptable
condition. What is acceptable will depend on the reason why you are returning your Device, but as a general rule, the Device should be returned undamaged, unused and with the
packaging intact. If the condition of the Device does not comply with Our requirements, the return of your Device may be rejected.
3. (Credits & Charges) If:
a. you are entitled to receive a credit on your relevant brand account as a result of returning your Device, we will only process this credit once your returned Device has been received
and accepted at Our warehouse;
b. your Device is not received at Our warehouse within 21 days of your service being cancelled or logging the return request with Us (as applicable), you may be charged a non-return
fee or any fees you have prepaid, such as set up fees, may not be refunded to you.
4. (Modem Rejection) If the return of your Device is rejected, we will return it to your most recent address as indicated in our records.
5. (Replacement Modem) We may supply you with a replacement Device when you return your Device. If we do so, you must make sure that you return your replacement Device to
Our warehouse within 21 days of placing your return order. If you do not, or if the condition of your returned Device when We receive it at our warehouse is not acceptable, the cost of
the replacement Device will be charged directly to your relevant brand account.

I consent to receiving email and SMS notifications from the relevant brand in relation to my returned Device order.

I agree that if I do not return my Device within 21 days of logging the return request with the relevant brand, the cost of any replacement Device that has been supplied to me (if
applicable) will be billed to my account.
