Dear client,
It is an absolute pleasure of ours here at RCI, to present to you
our 2023 brochure.

In continuation of our usual style of having a theme for each


year’s brochure (which also serves as our challenge to you, our
esteemed client), we have chosen to go with the term
INCLUSIVITY as our theme for 2023.

The term Inclusion is usually interchangeably used in the place


of diversity and/or equality. As different as these three terms
are, they however have one thing in common and that is the
focus on ensuring that no one is left behind.

Firstly, all evidence proves that organisations focused on


building a more inclusive culture attract and retain a wider
diversity of talent. The inclusive culture then empowers diverse
talent to think differently and share their experiences and
perspectives, which in turn is a key driver for innovation,
development and engagement.

Also, building and sustaining this inclusive culture in an


organisation requires a particular focus on the development of
your human capital, without leaving anyone behind. Your
inclusive training culture must show that training is not for the
selective few but the entire body of the workforce. This
therefore can be deployed in as many ways as possible such as
face to face training, virtual training, e-learning, bespoke
training etc.

Finally, the outcome for building an inclusive workplace culture


with particular focus on human capacity development, will
build in your people a sense of worth i.e., one of being valued in
the workplace and therefore creating a collaborative
environment where staff members can freely express any skill
with the safety of knowing that they are in an environment built
around their capacity to grow.
