AND CORPORATE
CULTURE

RANJAN KUMAR YADAV

(B.B.A. 6 TH SEM.)
INTRODUCTION
Strategic leadership is a crucial aspect of organizational
management that involves making decisions and taking actions to
achieve long-term goals and objectives. It requires a deep
understanding of the organization's internal and external
environment, as well as the ability to think critically
and strategically.
LEADERSHIP STYLE
1. AUTOCRATIC LEADERSHIP
Autocratic leadership is a style of leadership where the leader makes
decisions and takes control without seeking input or feedback from others. In
an autocratic leadership style, the leader has full authority and control over
decision-making, often dictating tasks and processes to be followed by
subordinates. This style of leadership is characterized by a top-down
approach, where the leader holds all the power and expects strict compliance
from their team.
2. DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP
Democratic leadership, also known as participative leadership, is a
style of leadership in which the leader involves team members in
the decision-making process. In a democratic leadership approach,
the leader seeks input and feedback from their team before
making decisions that affect the group. This style of leadership
values collaboration, open communication, and shared decision-
making.
3. FREE REIN LEADERSHIP
Free rein leadership, also known as laissez-faire leadership, is a style of
leadership where the leader provides minimal guidance or direction to
their team members. In a free rein leadership approach, employees are
given the freedom to make decisions and take ownership of their work
without constant supervision or interference from the leader. The leader
typically offers support and resources when needed but allows team
members to work independently and autonomously.
CORPORATE CULTURE
Corporate culture refers to the shared values, beliefs, attitudes,
and behaviors that characterize an organization. It encompasses
the way employees interact with each other, as well as the
organization's mission, vision, and overall work environment.
Corporate culture plays a significant role in shaping the identity of
a company and influencing the behavior and performance of its
employees.
