1.In preparation for the upcoming World Peace Day celebrations, Grade 4 learners are required
to come up with a Peace corner in school. In groups of 4-6 learners to:

Use digital devices to search for factors that promote peace in school and discuss their findings
then,

a) use locally available materials to create a communication message on factors that promote
peace in school and display the communication message at the peace corner. (6 marks)

b) role play a peaceful situation in school. (4 marks)

Instructions to the Teacher

1. This paper consists of a class performance task.
2. The teacher should guide the learners to form groups of between 4 to
6 learners.
3. The teacher should guide the learners to follow all the steps as they perform the task.
4. Teacher should use the scoring rubric to score the task.

5. The score awarded to the group will constitute individual learners score to be recorded in
the assessment score sheet.
6. Learners with special needs should incorporated in the groups and assisted to do the

assigned roles.
