TITLE: New Danfoss PVG32 Relief Valve

Units Involved: HTH616; HTH620; HTH622; HTH622B and HTH624

SUBJECT: PVG32 pressure adjusting valve

SITUATION: New adjustable relief valve for PVG32 load sense (LS) and main pressure valves.
The new design relief valve is a cartridge type adjustable relief valve. It is used on inlet and
function sections. The new design does not entail any changes to performance, endurance
etc.
The new relief valve has a new part number: WA107903 Relief

The code and ordering details of the valve sections stay the same:
Inlet section: WA102709
Directional section module: WA100725

NOTE: Machines produced from March 2004 onwards have randomly been fitted with the new LS
relief adjuster cartridge.
INFO: Old relief valve design adjusted with 6mm Allen Key

New relief valve design (WA107903) adjusted with 4mm Allen Key. It is not advisable to
disassemble the relief valve cartridge.
