II) on september 19, 2017.

The research committee has carefully evaluated your action research proposal entitled “THE EFFECT OF
USING VIDEO MATERIAL IN TEACHING OF READING SKILLS FOR GRADE 6 STUDENTS
based on the criteria prescribed in the Research Management Guidelines. We regrete to inform you that
the said research proposal did not pass the initial screening due to the following reason:

1. Incomplete documentary requirements as prescribed during the call for proposals.

2. It did not meet the minimum requirements for Action Research based on the RMG specifically its
technical specifications.

2. Participate in the District-Based INSET for Action research Conceptualization on October 23-25,
