Any equipment taken out of the Customer's Site/ hospital by a representative of Globus Medical Technology for repairs shall be the responsibility of Globus Medical Technology, until it is returned to the Hospital after repairs. We have a large quantity of spare parts available. However, if import of any part, required for necessary repair, then imports process and clearance of the spares takes average 6-8 weeks. This period will be considered as a part of contractual obligations from the date of requirement. Globus Medical Technology shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any consequential loss, injury or damage of any kind, direct or indirect, due to reasons stated under clause 2 and as cited : a, Faulty operation/application of the equipment by the customer, including damages arising out of useof concentrates, reagents, solutions or parts, other than those recommended. b. Repairs and /or modifications required due to applications other than those for which theequipment is originally designed. c. Abnormal wear and tear of the equipment, sub-equipment, parts and accessories. d. Delay in response to service calls, which may be due to social disturbances, natural calamities, non-availability of spares, and other reasons beyond Globus Medical Technology's control. fe. Non-availability of original parts from Principals in case the model of equipment becomesObsolete. ‘The Customer shall not be entitled to claim any damages for any loss, howsoever caused in the event of suspension of service by Globus Medical Technology, due to non-payment of any amount overdue to Globus Medical Technology. The equipments are rated to be used on 220V stabilized electrical power supply. Line voltage fluctuations are a major cause for the break down. It is mandatory that a suitable stabilizer (CVT) / voltage stabilizer recommended by Globus Medical Technology shall be used with all the equipment's. Only working equipment will be considered on CMC/AMC.
