With the desire to be employed as Senior High School Teacher in DepEd under provisional
status, I would like to express my immense intention to apply again for a SHS Teaching
position and be part of the 2021 ranking of teacher applicants for SHS TVL Track-HE-
Cookery to any of the three (3) schools below, viz.:

1. Sinuyak National High School;

2. Seres National High School; and
3. Katipunan National High School;

With this, it is my humble request to retain my previous ratings in the 2020 RQA:SHS-TVL-
HE. I already earned 9 MA units for Master of Art in Educational Management and is
presently enrolled for another 9 units at DMC College Foundation Inc.
