RE REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF KSHS.3.5M FACILITY

We make reference to the above.

We hereby request for extension of the facility for a further 90 days from the date of this letter.

This is as a result of delays in collections of receivables which we had anticipated within December
2023 but looks unlikely hence the request for extension.

We trust that within the requested 90 days we should be able to settle the facility in full.
