I have managed to guide work teams, showing leadership and being able to obtain
achievements in the work environment with difficult clients, which have led me to develop
talent in knowing how to express the needs of the team to the client and being able to bring
projects to a successful conclusion. I have also learned to work under pressure to cope with
this coercion without letting it affect my personal life and to value the work of colleagues
who contribute in different ways and make the work easier.

My talent is that I can sing really well. I’ve always like GR music P I sing all kinds of

STEP 4: Describing your hidden talent (individual work)

For this step, after doing this activity, you must attend to one STT session with your tutor
and together, you are going to check your answers, then, he/she is going to give you tips
and recommendations to develop the rest of this worksheet’s steps. The date and hour of the
session, it will be provided by your tutor at the beginning of this task.

1. Describe your talent:


Now, choose one of the talents you wrote in point 3 Step 3. In a paragraph (between100 and
120 words) describe your talent by giving descriptions using Present Perfect tense. For that,
you can consider these questions to create your text:
- When did you discovered that talent?
- How have you taken advantage of that?
- Do people know about this talent? Why?
- Do you feel your talent has been useful?
My hidden talent is woodworking. I discovered it when we moved to a new apartment. We
needed more storage space to keep order, so my wife asked me to take advantage of some
wood that was left over. I started to work with it and built some shelves for the main
bedroom and the study. Thanks to this, my wife and I have discovered that I can create
things with wood. Yes, this has been useful because it has allowed me to reuse material and
save costs, and it has also given a more personal touch to our new home.

Step 5: Self-evaluation (individual work)


In this step, you must check your performance during the time this task is developed. For
that, you must answer the following questions in a scale from 0 to 2. You can answer the
questions within the chart is given. This step must appear in the consolidation step. These
are the questions:
