since 22/01/2021 . According to our records and to the best of
my knowledge, this address has been their primary place of residence since the date previously
stated.
During the course of their tenancy, they have been prompting and responsible in paying their rent,
and would keep in contact if there was any payment issues. They have also conducted themselves
respectfully, maintaining the property and complying with the terms and conditions set out in the
lease agreement.
The leased property consists of 1 unfurnished 1 sleepout 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It is equipped
with standard amenities and is located in a neighborhood close to several schools, shopping centers,
and public transport.
Please take this letter as a formal confirmation of Here Pomare’s residence at the mentioned

Rent Arrears Letter
This is not an eviction notice. This is a 14-day Notice to Remedy regarding rent arrears.
Your rent is behind by $740. This is a breach of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and our tenancy
agreement.
The last payment received was $220.00 on 14/06/2024. You are required by law to pay rent when it
is due.
You will also need to pay your current rent due on 28/07/2024 to bring your rent payments up to
date.
If you do not make this payment on or before the Payment Date, I can apply to the Tenancy Tribunal.
I enclose a copy of your rent record for you to check with your bank statements or receipts.
