The above candidates shall have to appear before the MEDICAL BOARD as to be
directed subsequently.
ln case of non-submission of the PVR and failure to appear before the medical board
within the time specified, it shall be presumed that the candidate is unwilling to join the
post and accordingly the next candidate in the merit list may be called.
Formal appointment Order shall follow compliance of the formalities noted above.
Candidate shall in addition to the above furnish an affidavit to the effect shown before a
Judicial Magistrate L't Class / before a Public Notary that "He / She has never been involved
in any criminal activity and that there is no criminal case is pending against him / her."
His / Her appointment shall be subject to satisfactory medical report of fitness from
the office of the CMOH and receipt of PVR.
