Job Description

ROLE:

Will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of SAP HANA solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting, extraction, and planning activities using
SAP HANA technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HANA solutions to meet business requirements.

• Develop and maintain CDS Views and AMDPs for reporting, extraction, and planning purposes.

• Utilize SAP Analytics tools such as SAP BW HANA, BW4HANA, Bex, and Embedded Analytics for data analysis and visualization.

• Implement BI solutions using technologies like SAP Analytics Cloud, BO/BJ, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Design and develop SAP HANA models using EHANA, Native HANA, SQL Script, and Calculation Views.

• Architect and optimize SAP HANA data models and database structures.

• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into SAP HANA from various source systems.

• Perform data modelling, data provisioning, and data transformation using SAP HANA modelling tools.

• Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data stored in SAP HANA.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP HANA.

• Stay up to date with the latest SAP HANA features, technologies, and industry trends.

Essential Skills:

B. Tech with 7-8 years of experience in SAP HANA development and administration.
SAP HANA certification is a plus.
Proficiency in SAP HANA data modelling, SQL scripting, and stored procedures.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Studio, SAP Data Services, and SAP BW.
Strong understanding of business warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Proficiency in ABAP programming for SAP BW enhancements.
Familiarity with ETL tools such as SLT and Data Services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
