The Owner FATIMA W/O Late Sultan Awad Bin Saleh Alquaiti herein
is the 1/8th share holder as per the decision made in W.P. No. 98/56
and Munthaquab No. 3810 prior to that by virtue of the powers vested
in the Government under Section 87 of AP (Telangana area) Land
Revenue Act 1317 Fasli R/w. section 70 of AP (Andhra Area) Survey
and Boundaries Act 1923 and AP Extension and Amendments Act
1956 the collector and on the recommendation of the Collector, the
Government have wide powers for rectifying the boundaries between
Khajaguda (Amjadabad) and the adjoining villages.

Whereas the Vendor have clearly established her rights of title and
possession over the land culminating in the Gazette Notification No.
17 Volume 65 dated 4th Foorwardi 1343 Fasli, in File No. 2/57 Virasat
West of 1342 Fasli. Orders of the then Board of Revenue and the then
Hon’ble Revenue Minister’s Orders which have to be implemented in
view of the AP Revenue Minister’s Orders (Validation ) Act 1960 (Act
X of 1960) and finally the Judgment of the Division Bench of the
Hon’ble High Court in W.P. No. 98/56 and OS No : 84/1969 and CC
CA No. 37 of 1976 followed by its subsequent directions in WP No.
8900/1995 and 34523/1997 are consistent and categorical upholding
the rights of the Vendor in form of shares.

Whereas the Vendor has made an application vide File No.

E1/5372/97 on the file of Joint Collector Ranga Reddy District for the
mutation in respect of the directions passed in the aforementioned
Writ Petitions by the Hon’ble High court.

AND FATIMA herein thus intended to take needful help and assistance
of somebody for sorting out her problem had appointed a person by
name Omer Bin Ameer Salam Alquaiti S/o. Ameer Salam Bin Alquaiti
to persue by all means vide Doc. No. 844/1981, so Vendor could get
back her legitimate rights in and over her matruka property under
mutation.
