Checked &tested individually all detection lines for Alarms activation using smoke sample spray
2 X Checked& tested the Control Panels and All flow indicators for actual Mow.
3 Checked Smoke & Fault lesl push button on the panel, Alarm Circuit lor visual & audible alarm display
4 X |Checked Suction Fan molor & tested manual /automatic ch¡ngeover and checked rotation of fanmotor
X Checked Batteries conditions & tested 3 way valves for all suction lines for individual flow stoppage.
6 X |Alldoors, hinges, locks, instrcution plates on installation inspected
7 X Job carried out at the presence of Electrical Engineer onboard vessel
X |The system had been found in good working condition and reset lo normal for operation use
