This study was undertaken to understand the behaviour of online shoppers through a self-constructed
questionnaire of 200 respondents from Jammu university. The survey revealed that most of the students
shop online to save time and for an available variety of products. Both males and females have the same
type of behaviour towards liking and disliking factors.
