2. That the applicants/accused were not aware of the dates of the case and
was out of station in hometown i.e Kerala
3. That non appearance of the applicant/accused was neither deliberate nor
intentional but due to above stated reason.

4. That applicant/accused undertakes to appear before this Hon’ble Court on

date if needed.

PRAYER
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, it is most
respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to set aside/cancel
the warrant issued against applicant/accused, in the interest of justice.
