 To create a relaxed working atmosphere

Activity:
I will ask the students what their plans for their summer holidays are. We will talk about
their plans, and I’m going to paraphrase sentences using “going to” when necessary.

Possible interaction:

T: Mica, What are your plans for the following holidays?


St1: I go to Europe
T: You are going to Europe! Great!

I will explain the use of “going to” for future plans.

T: We use Going to + verb to talk about future plans and firm intentions. We also use this
structure to talk about predictions based on strong evidence.
