Silk Bank Ltd (Branch Manager Raiwind Branch)

 Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the branch to ensure
Bank’s overall “Business Objectives”. Ensure deposit mobilization and growth of
deposit base as per assigned targets.
 Ensures smooth functioning of the Branch with a view to achieve multi-dimensional
growth targets within a reasonable time frame and budget.
 Observations of the audit and ICU reports to ensure rectification and resolution of
exceptions, with the daily Review of General Ledgers to ensure compliance to
guidelines.
 Act as a direct link and interface between customers and management, Also has
complete people management responsibility for the branch employees.
 Implement strategies to fuel growth in the Branch’s deposit base/Bancassurance/IS
and other business targets. Coordinate with the relevant support departments to
ensure smooth management of the branch operations and also if they are in line with
service quality parameters.
 Manage the employee attrition rate of the branch and help in devising policies to
reduce employee turnover. Manage performance and conduct internal training and
developmental activities for staff. Ensure compliance with the prudential and
regulatory standards and adherence to internal and external policies.

grew up to 1.5 Billion. And branch won multiple awards.

grew up to 800 million.
