subsequent interviews, we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the
position of Matte Paint Artist, in SVS Studio Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai effective Mar 14, 2022.

Your employment with us will be governed by the Terms & Conditions as detailed in Annexure
– A.

You will be reporting to Mr. Chanakya Chander – Head Producer.

You would be paid a compensation of a total of Rs. 864000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Only)
annual CTC as set out in Annexure B attached to this agreement.

Annexure A

Terms and Conditions:

1. Emoluments: Your salary plan is as detailed in Annexure B. All payments

madepursuant to this agreement will be subject to the deduction of tax at
source as applicable.

2. Work Location: Your place of work will be Mumbai. You may be required to
travel for work purposes from time to time within and outside the city.

3. Date of Joining: Your expected date of joining should be Mar 14, 2022. If you
are unable to join by this date, please contact HR immediately.

4. Working Hours and Attendance: The Company follows a 5-day working 9.30 am to
6.00 pm Monday to Friday with lunch break for 30 minutes between any two
slots of 1.00pm to 1.30pm and 1.30 pm to 2.00pm. Weekends are observed as
closed days, however in case of work requirements you may need to come in on
a Saturday / Sunday to work. You will be entitled for a compensatory off if you
are required to work on holidays.

5. You will be on probation for a period of 3 months. Only upon satisfactory

completion of probation period, depending on performance assessments by your
Reporting Authority your services may be confirmed via a confirmation letter.
The assessments will be done as per the pre-defined parameters related to your
job role.

6. Notice of termination: You will be required to give at least 60 days

written/email notice of resignation to the Company.
a. The Company reserves the right to relieve you only at the end of the 60
days’ notice period. If you are relieved of your duties before the expiration
of your notice period the Company will be entitled to recover from you as
‘salary in lieuof notice’, an amount equivalent to the shortfall in notice
period and/or to deduct such amount from any amounts which may be
payable to you by the Company.
b. The Company, at its sole discretion shall be entitled to terminate your
employment by giving you either 1 months’ notice in writing or 1
months’ salary in lieu thereof. The Company reserves the right to
terminate your contract without notice, or pay in lieu of notice, if, after a
reasonable investigation, it has reasonable grounds to believe you are
guilty of serious misconduct.

7. Basic phones are allowed: Employees can carry their personal basic mobile phone (non-
camera phones) inside SVS Studios premises.

8. Leave Policy:
a. You are entitled to 22 leaves in a calendar year which is categorized as
‘EarnedLeave’ of 12 days and ‘Casual Leave’ of 10 days.
b. One Earned Leave/month at the end of the month and 2.5 days of
CasualLeave/quarter will be credited on a pro rata basis.
c. In addition to the above, 12 Calendar holidays as decided by the
company is applicable.

9. Before joining the company, you are requested to produce the following
documents:

• Photocopies of education qualifications along with the originals.

• Date of Birth certificate along with the original.

• Relieving letter from the last employer.

• Experience certificates from the past employers.

• Two references (professional), preferably your supervisors in last two organizations.

• Salary slips of previous employer.

• Proof of Identity (Pan Card / Driving License/approved KYC of bank)

• Proof of Address (Present & permanent) (Aadhar card/ Voter ID/ Passport).

• Three passport size photographs – (35mm * 45mm) (color with White background).

• Form 16 (if applicable)

The appointment letter would be issued to you on successful compliance of all incoming
formalities after joining.

10.Validity of this Letter: Please communicate your acceptance of this appointment

and the associated terms and conditions on or before 1 week you get this letter
after which time this offer will lapse.

All other terms of employment not specifically covered herein will be in accordance with Company
Policy as available in the Policy Manual.
