Classic Pancakes

Ingredients:

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup milk

- 1 egg

- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until combined.

3. Heat a griddle or pan over medium heat and grease it.

4. Pour batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until

golden brown.

Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:

- 200g spaghetti

- 100g pancetta

- 2 large eggs

- 50g Pecorino cheese

- 50g Parmesan cheese

- 2 cloves garlic

- Salt and pepper

Instructions:

1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and cheeses.

3. Fry pancetta with garlic until crisp. Remove garlic.

4. Drain spaghetti and mix with pancetta. Remove from heat.

5. Quickly mix in egg and cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

- 2 tablespoons curry powder

- 1 can coconut milk

- 1 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

2. Add chicken and cook until browned.

3. Stir in curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Pour in coconut milk and chicken broth. Simmer for 20 minutes.

5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1/2 cup water

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 1 carrot, sliced

- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1 cup snap peas

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

3. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.

4. Pour in sauce mixture and cook until thickened. Serve hot.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

- 1 cup butter, softened

- 1 cup sugar

- 1 cup brown sugar

- 2 eggs

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Cream together butter and sugars until smooth.

3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

4. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt.

5. Stir in chocolate chips.

6. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
