Introduction
Philippines is a tropical country, the climate is generally hot and humid throughout the
year, with distinct wet and dry seasons. Nowadays we experience hot weather and
summer is just around the corner. There’s no better time to introduce a delightful that
not only excite the taste buds but also provides refreshing break from the heat of the
sun. With a delightful blend of mangoes, water melons, bananas, gulaman, sweet corn,
and all topped with crushed ice and fluffy whipped cream. It's the perfect combination of
flavors to cool you down and lift your spirits on a hot summer day. Halo-licious isn't just
a dessert. It's like going on a flavor adventure! At Halo-licious, we elevate the iconic
halo-halo dessert. We added a special touch – creamy whipped cream and crushed
oreo on top and fresh fruits that make this product unique from others. The Halo-licious
is inspired from the halo-halo, a favorite Filipino dessert known for its mix of yummy
ingredients. But we didn't stop there. We've added our own unique touch. Our version
has four different fruits at the bottom, all mixed with crushed ice and sweet pandan milk,
as well as slices of flavorful gulaman and corn. And to make it even more special and
unique, we top it with a creamy whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed oreos. It's like
a flavor explosion you won't want to miss!
Objectives
Our business aims to:
1. To make a new, ideal and delicious Halo-halo that is pocket friendly.
2. To provide satisfying, refreshing, healthy and quality Halo-halo

Methodology
The team engages in brainstorming sessions to create high-quality and delicious
products that will satisfy customers. We carefully select fresh fruits and other premium
ingredients to craft flavorful products that provide a refreshing sensation to consumers.
Our products will be promoted across various social media platforms. While our primary
distribution method is through meet-ups, we also offer a delivery option for a minimum
of 5 purchases with an additional fee, resulting in the Halo-licious being priced at 45
pesos instead of 39 pesos. Furthermore, we utilize data analysis and surveys to
understand market demands, identify popular products, and stay informed about market
trends.

Scope of Work
We experimented with various ingredients to create a delectable recipe, carefully
selecting those that give our Halo-halo a unique and exceptional flavor. All the
ingredients and materials for our Halo-licious are sourced locally in Cagayan de Oro,
ensuring freshness and quality. We have also crafted an appealing name, designed
attractive packaging, and established a strong brand identity for our Halo-licious
product. Our marketing strategy includes promoting the Halo-licious on various social

4
media platforms to attract public interest. While our primary target consumers are COC
students, we also aim to introduce our product to a wider audience. We want to ensure
that customers, whether at the COC campus or nearby, enjoy their experience with our
Halo-licious. Initially, we will accept orders and deliver products to customers outside
the COC campus, with the option for delivery in nearby areas for an additional fee or a
bit higher price. Continuous planning is still conducted to refine our business operations
and deliver a consistently satisfying performance to our customers.
