Liwei PVA is produced with calcium carbide as raw material. After calcium carbide reacts with water to form acetylene,
acetylene synthesizes with acetic acid to form vinyl acetate, then methanol is used as the solvent to polymerize, Through
alcoholysis, poly-vinyl acetate changes to PVA. After being crushed and dried, it becomes finished product.

Properties:
Solubility: It dissolve in water at room temperature with transparent aqueous solution. poisonless and harmless, safety
and environmental friendly
Chemical resistance: PH value of its aqueous solution is 5~7 at room temperature, has stable viscosity and high oil
resistivity without influence of weak acid, weak base or organic solvent.
Compatibility: It can mix with starch, synthetic resin, cellulose derivatives, and achieve good stability. But its mixed
solution will appear phenomenon like delamination after long time storage.

Construction industry: putty powder, tile binder, cement additive and etc.
Adhesive industry: paper making
Fiber processing industry:

Method of use
1, Weigh required amount of PVA and water
2, Pouring water with temperature lower than 30℃(room temperature) into dissolving tank.
3, Turn on the blender
4, Put PVA into tank slowly. It is recommended that the amount of addition should be uniform and the speed of addition
should be slow, so that it is not easy to form agglomerates.
5, Stir for 30 minutes or more to ensure product distributed completely without warming up, pva granule fully dissolved in
water.
6, heat up to 75~85℃ gradually(in about 30 minutes),maintain the temperature and stir it till completely dissolved.
2.5-4hours normally.
7, Stir hot solution till cooling down to normal temperature, After filtering through the filter net, it can be used after filtering
out impurities.

Storage: stored in dry, well-ventilated room, with temperature 5-30℃. Keep away from heat source, moisture proof,
prevented from direct-sun exposure. seal bag after opening it. Shelf life: 2 years.
