1. Reasons for adapting to a healthy lifestyle

Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. Feeling good
about yourself and taking care of your health are important for your self-esteem and self-
image. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right for your body.

2. Benefits acquired from the adaption.

-You gain confidence. All too often, we listen to self-doubts and niggles, which prevents us from
making changes. When you face these worries head-on and embrace change, you get the
opportunity to challenge yourself. With these challenges comes increased confidence and faith
in your own abilities.

3. Challenges you faced due to adaption.

-Adaptation refers to adjustments in ecological, social or economic systems in response to


actual or expected climatic stimuli and their effects.

4. Details of your exercise program

-Getting started on your exercise program Be active on most (preferably all) days every week.
Accumulate 2½ to 5 hours of moderate intensity physical activity or 1 ¼ to 2 ½ hours of vigorous
physical activity, or an equivalent combination of both moderate and vigorous activities, each

young people, it is crucial to conduct high-quality research that prioritizes rigorous
methodology, long-term evaluations, and the active involvement of the target population.

health, cognitive functioning, and quality of life or self-esteem in young people.
