0.5 MOE STRUCTURE AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS

0.5.1 INTRODUCTION
Maintenance Organization Exposition Manual (MOE) of Shaheen Airport Services
hereby referred as “SAPS”, is developed in accordance with PCAA ANO-145
requirements.
Term SAPS used in this MOE shall be considered as
Shaheen Airport Services PCAA ANO 145 Approved Maintenance
Organization except as otherwise specified.

This exposition includes procedures, means and methods with reference PCAA ANO-
145 regulation.
0.5.2 PURPOSE AND STRUCTURE OF MOE
The purpose of this MOE is to define organizational structure and procedures in line
with the PCAA ANO 145 as guideline for Management and all personnel working at
SAPS.
MOE shall be considered as primary manual and signifies that all/any changes that
occur necessitating a revision/amendment, shall be approved by PCAA.
MOE Structure shall be as below:
Part 0: General, Part 1: Management Organization, Part 2: Maintenance Procedures,
Part L2: Additional Line Maintenance Procedures, Part 3: Quality Procedures, Part 4:
Contracted Organizations, Part 5: Appendices
Each part is divided into chapters. Each chapter consists of paragraphs as general
description, responsibility and the associated policies & procedures with PCAA ANO-
145 cross reference.
Each page of MOE shall have the following information:
 Name of the organization “Shaheen Airport Services”
 Issue Number of the MOE
 Revision number and date of the MOE
 Chapter Number (i.e. 0-5)
 Section Number and Details (i.e. 0.5 MOE Structure and Associated Documents)
 Page Number

 ANO 145 Maintenance Organization Exposition
 Official Name of the organization as defined on PCAA FORM -3
 Address, Telephone and email address of the principal place of business.
 Copy Number as per distribution list.
 Approval Reference of ANO-145 Organization
This MOE has been prepared in accordance with the PCAA ANO-145 Requirements
AMC.A.70. (a) Acceptable Means of Compliance.
